Get the most out of each lesson

To get the most out of each lesson, do the exercise(s). Sounds too simple, but many people don’t actually do this. If you physically get out and shoot these ideas, you’ll automatically become a better photographer just because you’re thinking about “how” you take the photos.

Play with the concepts and see what images you actually get. This is especially true of the first lesson. Reading the lesson gives you the impression you understand the subject – but doing it ingrains the ideas and makes it part of your photography.

I generally have not included example images for you to emulate – work on creating your own ideas from the lesson descriptions.
